ABOUT PAWNEE PRE-K CARE THAT FITS

Morning and afternoon Pre-K sessions to support your SMSD Pre-K enrollment, plus before and after school care, are available. Flexible options allow you to select the hours of care that you need for your schedule.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

  • Ages: 3-5
  • Days: M-F
  • Time: A.M. session 8-11 a.m.; P.M. session 12:15-3:10 p.m.; Before and After Care 7-8 a.m. and 3:15-6 p.m.
  • Fees: Fees vary by school year and program. Check registration form for pricing.
  • Location: 9501 W 91st St, Overland Park, KS 66212

Enrollment is open for the 2026-27 school year. Please download and submit the paper registration form for the school year you would like to enroll in. Then download and complete the Emergency Information Packet and bring it to your site on the first day.

Pawnee Pre-K Program

The Pawnee Pre-K Program supports Shawnee Mission School District Pre-K with YMCA-led care on site at Pawnee Elementary. Choose morning or afternoon sessions for ages 3-5, with optional before and after care to build a full day that fits your family’s schedule.

2026-27 School Year Registration

To enroll in Shawnee Mission School District Pre-K programs, you must be enrolled in their Preschool Programs.

Mail completed registration forms to YMCA of Greater Kansas City, 6901 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Suite 300, Overland Park, KS, 66202, or fax to 816.931.1847. Email registrations and payments are not accepted. Bring an Emergency Information Packet on the first day.
