Making an Impact

Summer of Service engages youth in rewarding service projects that are challenging, rewarding, fun and educational. Looking for a service project right now? Service projects are always available throughout the year through Youth Volunteer Corps of Greater Kansas City.

Teens can make a difference in their community this summer. Youth Volunteer Corps, hosted by the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, offers weekly service opportunities for youth ages 11-18. Each project includes icebreakers, team-builders, and service-learning lessons. Registration for 2017 Summer of Service projects begins on Monday, April 10.
