This 12-week, small-group program led by a trained Y facilitator uses proven methods based on research to help you get moving and eating healthy. We’ll work together to help you achieve your health goals.

  • Personalized goal-setting to develop a unique plan that works for you
  • Blood pressure and weight monitoring
  • Weekly motivational group sessions with peer support and fun coach-led exercise
  • Body fat and muscle mass analysis at no additional charge ($80 value)
  • Mobile app that includes:
    • Secure online group chat with other participants
    • One-on-one virtual messaging with program facilitator
    • Ability to log meals, exercise, sleep and more
