Classes may use a diverse selection of equipment including BOSU balls, bar and plates, dumbbells, tubing and even just your own body weight. Specialized classes range from Women on Weights, designed to teach women the correct form, benefits, basic anatomy, types of equipment and more, to Silver Sneakers® classes designed for active older adults.
