Get started on your wellness goals with one of our free wellness programs, included with your membership.
- Y Weight Loss - our signature wellness program focused on dietary choices. Y members learn to make permanent healthy lifestyle changes through an evidence-based curriculum taught by experts.
- Coaching Connection - meet one-on-one with a Healthy Living Coach for a 30-minute session each week for three weeks. Your coach will work with you to create a wellness plan to get you on track to achieve your wellness goals and help you get connected with the Y.
Fitness challenges are a fun way to meet your goals and stay motivated. Work as a team to accomplish goals through group training sessions, which include new exercises and nutritional guidance. Measure your progress with pre- and post-program assessments and see how you stack up against the competition. Formats for fitness challenges may vary by center.
